picking up a rental car in Munich

I have gotten three prices on picking up a rental car in Munich. Avis ($316US) and Hertz ($274 US)can be picked up at the Hauptbahnhof. The quote from Budget was $191 with a pickup location of %26quot;DE DTN-MU1%26quot;. Does anyone know where this is? We will pick up the car after departing the King%26#39;s Hotel First Class at Dachauer Strasse 13.

Budget has only 2 branches in Munich. One at Munich Airport. The other one at Riesenfeldstrasse 115.
