Bed & Breakfast/Guest Houses

As it is a business town the hotels in Wuppertal are aimed at businessmen on fat business expense accounts.

I want to go to Wuppertal to see the Schwebebahn(the famous Dingle Dangle railway) - does anyone know a cheap but decent bed %26amp; breakfast place or guest house here which won%26#39;t charge me an arm and leg for a few days stay?
