But Berlin is not Munich. And it%26#39;s November. And according to the weather forecast from mid November we will have %26quot;normal%26quot; November weather. Better to wait for the Glühwein at the Christmas Markets.

A lot of pubs or cafes have a small beergardens but are hardly used in winter.

As for the bigger ones my favourite ones are Golgatha in the middle of Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg, Schleusenkrug at Müller-Breslau-Str. 1 near Zoo Station, Cafe am Neuen See at Lichtensteinallee 2 in the Tiergarten. Golgatha and Schleusenkrug are open all year round as you can sit inside as well.

There are much more but some are even closed during winter.

Usually the biergartens are only open in warm weather. When I lived in Prenzlauer Berg, we often went to one on Kastanienallee - it was between Oderbergerstr. and Schönhauser Allee. While very big with many tables, we walked past many times before realizing it was there. Try it, when the weather is warmer. Depending on where you live in Wedding, you maybe could take the bus 143 and then get off at Schwedter Str.
