too much to do, not enough time?

3 nights in Berlin; 4 nights in Bonn / Cologne; 1 night in Trier on way to Paris; 4 nights in Paris; Frankfurt for an evening before we head back to the USA the following day. Is this too much for this amount of time? Also, whats the cost of transport from Berlin to Bonn; Bonn to Trier; Trier to Paris; and finally Paris to Frankfurt? The Euro Rail Pass, 350.00 USD, (700.00 for my wife and I), allows us to travel between the two countries for the number of days we need. Seems expensive?

Thank you all so much for any assistance.

Eurail France+Germany Saver Pass

a 4 days in 2 months pass is USD 230,00 pp for 2nd class.

If you travel from Trier via Luxembourg to Paris - just buy for Luxembourg a normal ticket (Luxembourg is rather small, thus this won%26#39;t be expensive).

Itinerary is OK, but I would shift 1 day from Bonn/Cologne to Berlin.

From Bonn to Trier you can also use the Rhineland-Palatinate Ticket. This ticket covers all local public transport (i.e. not IC/EC or ICE trains) in the state Rhineland-Palatinate (and a bit beyond - e.g. Bonn) for one day. On weekdays however only past 9am. The ticket costs EUR 23,00 (counetr EUR 25,00) and is valid for up to 5 persons travelling together.
