World Cup Cities

If you had to pick one of the World Cup host cities in which to spend 1 night during the Tournament, regardless of whether a game was being played in the city that day or not, where would you go? Bonus question: Why? What would you do there?

Definately Berlin. There is no other city in Germany that can match it for sightseeing, shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Berlin, much like London or New York, never sleeps. Indeed, one night is far too little time to see Berlin in its entirety, but more than enough to get a floavour for arguably one of Europe%26#39;s greatest cities.

I would support that view. Berlin is great, lots and lots to do. It also has a vibrant nightlife, especially on the alternative scene.

I would just stay home in Stuttgart (which I will), but if I were to go to another city it would be Hamburg. I like the water and miss it, and there is plenty of it in Hamburg: the river and port, lakes, streams and canals. Being the second largest city in Germany, it also has good food and nightlife.
