Olympic Park to Allianz Arena

There is going to be a %26#39;fan park%26#39; in each of the world cup cities for fans to gather to watch the games on giant screens. The one in Munich is going to be at Olympic Park,around the old Olympic Stadium.

What I%26#39;d like to know is the approximate distance from olympic park to the actual stadium where the games will be played, Allianz Arena. Approximately how long would it take to travel between the two by train? Also, approx how long would it take to travel to each of those two areas from the central train station?
