hi there,

we are going to berlin tomorrow for 3 days over new year.

we want to go clubbing after watching the fireworks though not to sure if it is best to watch them from brandenburg gate or elsewhere i was wondering if you can recommend a district to head to.

also can you recommend a good resteraunt to go to on New Years Eve we have so far booked unsichtbar for tomorrow.

Silvester (NYE) party mile

If you go the the party mile between Brandenburg Gate and Großer Stern you%26#39;ll need some time to leave this area (as there will be many people).

You%26#39;ll have fairly free sight in the area between the %26quot;Lehrter Bahnof - Berlin Hauptbahnhof%26quot; and the Spreebogen (~ the part of the river Spree north of the word %26quot;Feuerwerk%26quot; outside of this map%26quot;).

Right (east) of the Brandenburg Gate the view is restricted as this area is more densely built up.

The party mile is in the district Tiergarten, right of Brandenburg Gate/Potsdamer Platz there is the district Mitte, north of the river Spree the district Moabit.

I think there are areas in these districts where you won%26#39;t see much from this fireworks at all. Not speaking from other districts.

The sight will be also %26quot;disturbed%26quot; there through the smaller (but closer) private firworks.
