Can anyone tell me how much it costs to take an Airport Express bus from Hamburg airport to the Hauptbahnhof?
As I understand it, HVV tickets are not valid on the Airport Express buses. Is there an alternative bus on which I could use an HVV ticket?

Jasper Bus is the shuttle to the Hauptbahnhof - not sure exactly how much it costs - about 4 Euro single 7 return I think. you can buy a ticket for HVV for 2.40 that takes you to the centre via bus 110 to Ohlsdorf U-Bahn, alternatively you can buy a day ticket for the HVV (after 9am) that allows you transport for the rest of the day around Hamburg.
