Hello everyone.
My boyfriend and I will be coming to Munich for 3 days around new year%26#39;s eve. I would appreciate any suggestions on parties and celebrations for the new year.
Is there a public gathering somewhere to welcome the year?
Unfortunately our hotel is not very central but at least near the Ubahn.
Do u know if it will run on Silvesterabend and till what time?

On new years eve Undergrond trains will run all the nicht in 30 min intervalls.
As well all regular Night-Bus and Tram- Lines run every 30 min.
On the central S-Bahn Line between Pasing and Ostbahnhof will be all night service too. The last S-trains to the suburbs leave the city between 2h20 and 2h40.
