I am plannin a weekend away feb 4th. ryan air has flights for £25. Is this a nice place for a couple in their mid 20s to visit for a weekend and have a wander round?

Hamburg sure is a place for an enjoyable weekend, even though February is not the best of months for a visit (Hamburg can be freezing cold in the winter - don%26#39;t forget warm and wind- and rainproof clothes). You should visit the harbour (harbour cruises are fun, too) and the Schanzenviertel, where a lot of nice bars are situated. Enjoy!

Ryanair flies actually to Lübeck.
From Lübeck Airport there is a shuttle bus to Hamburg (EUR 8,00 pp).
