ABC-Pension is very conveniently located in the centre of former West-Berlin. Tube Stations should be around the corner with the latest trains running at approx. 1am. Afterwards you should be able to catch night busses to somewhere near the hotel for it is near Bahnhof Zoo, which is a very busy location.

Friedrichsdorf near Frankfurt will be a bit more complicated though. Friedrichsdorf is a smaller town located at the end of an S-Bahn line (line S5) with the latest train running at 00:20 and the next one at 5:20 in the morning from Hauptwache (which is the city centre of Frankfurt. The hotel should not be too far from the station (I would estimate a 10 min. walk).

ABC Pension is really central.

Close to the U-Bahn station Kurfürstenstr. (U1 - green on the map) and Bülowstr. (U2 - red).

The U2 will bring you directly to the Olympia-Stadion

From 9. June till 9. July 2006 the S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains in Berlin operate 24 hours.

I also expect that the RMV (Frankfurt) will offer extented service, i.e. at least trains till 2 am.
