Hi - if youd like to stay near the exhibition ground, the easiest is to stay at the Kurfuerstendamm area. In this case the Swissotel, the Lindner and the new Concorde are very good. For bookings you can try www.dhr.de for example - they have a best price guarantee on their rates. Just send them an email with your request.

sorry for the ??? - this was my first post... :-)

As business travel already said … you should choose a hotel in Charlottenburg/Ku%26#39;Damm area so that your husband saves time on travelling to and from the exhibition ground.

The following hotels from your list are not too far away from the exhibition ground and quickly reached by public transport from there.

Hotel Pension Bregenz

Grand Hyatt (is not that close but with the underground it%26#39;s not that far away as you don%26#39;t need to change lines, you get on the train of the U2 at Potsdamer Platz and get off at Kaiserdamm)

Lindner Hotel am Ku%26#39;Damm

Ritz-Carlton (is in the same area as the Grand Hyatt)

Swissotel

The other hotels would be o.k. locationswise as well as Berlin offers a pretty good and quick public transport. Can%26#39;t recommend any of the hotels from own experience though.

Hi deets. I%26#39;ve stayed after Christmas both at the Concorde and Lindnerhotel. They are both located directly on Ku%26#39;damm and are both very goor. Lindner is 4* but it feels like 4 superior, it%26#39;s very good and modern, we had a first class double and it was very spacious, but have in mind that it has no doors separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, you%26#39;ll see that at the reviews. Book directly at their website.

The Concorde on the other hand is still brand new, really 5* star and i also highly recommend it. (Here the bathroom is separated by a real door!).Try their own website as they still have opening offers or the octopustravel site if you want breakfast included too.

Have a nice time in Berlin!
