texel airport to hotel

My wife and i are visiting berlin in march mon - fri for the first time. We arrive at texel airport and intend to use public transport from airport to hotel agon frankfurter allee. The nearest u bahn station seems to be samariter strasse. Can any one advise as to what bus will take us directly to alexander platz not sure if it is x9 or jet express. Also intend to buy a welcome card would we be able to buy in the airport on arrival and use straight away on transport system. Thanks for any help. Eric
